pastu pastu i check glucose level dlm darah. and my reading was 4.5. average people in class smua 6-7. so rndah kan? diet yang telah berjaya mngurangkan bacaan tersebut.hee kalau pengsan,padan muka sendiri la kan kan?:D kebetulan je tu.hee
